A very special night
Yesterday we began our week of Italian by Night with a very special night. Among our guests was Marjorie Hughes. She and her family came in because it was a unique night for them, particularly Marjorie.

Our evening Italian menu grows
We have menu additions for tonight … For that matter, we have an updated Italian menu for March evenings! You can view the new menu online. As for tonight’s additions, they include:
- Cannelloni con Ricotta di Bufala al Forno
house made pasta stuffed with ricotta di bufala and reggiano parmigiano in
basil cream - Fettuccine con Gamberi in Salsa di Crema di Pomodoro
house-made fettuccine and jumbo shrimp tossed in a tomato basil cream - Coda di Manzo
braised beef, tomatoes, juniper berries, herbs, white wine and fennel seed

House made pasta – tonight’s additions
Our ‘additions’ to tonight’s menu include a couple of items that involve house-made pasta. They are:
- Cannelloni di Pollo e Ricotta al Forno: house made pasta stuffed with roasted chicken, mascarpone and Parmesan in a creamy basil cream
- Spaghetti con Gamberi in Salsa di Crema di Pomodoro: house-made spaghetti and jumbo shrimp tossed in a tomato basil cream sauce

Additions for February’s final bow
It’s a that rarest of days, February 29th, where one of our wintry months makes its final bow as March prepares to take over. It’s also the start of another week of Italian by Night and, as with last week, we have some additions to the evening’s regular menu. These include:
- Cannelloni al Forno: House made pasta tubes stuffed with ricotta di bufala in a pesto cream sauce
- Gnocchi e Torta di Gorgonzola: House-made potato gnocchi tossed with butter, Gorgonzola dolce and mascarpone cheese
