Additions for tonight’s menu

If you saw our post yesterday, you’ll know we have often have “additions” to the regular menu. Tonight (Friday, Feb. 24), we have these additions to the menu (PDF file).

They include house-made fresh fettuccine tossed in a pesto cream; house-made ravioli filled with ricotta di bufala and aged pecorino drizzled with crispy sage butter; and a house-made potato gnocchi in a rich tomato cream.

There are others – see the additions menu here.

There may be wind and snow later tonight but don’t be deterred. There is also home made pasta!

You’ll find the menu here. Or you can download the PDF version.

We have a boatload of people to thank but we particularly want to tip our hats to Michelle Hooton (bitebymichelle) and our top man in the kitchen, chef Andrew. Continue reading
